The cornerstone of our service is a new Wintersteiger Sigma RS 350 stone grinder that was developed in cooperation with the Austrian National Team. This highly computerized machine has a multitude of preferred grinds programmed into it's system. We input your unique data of type of event, snow temperature, snow type and humidity and the resulting structure is what the Austrian National Team determined best for those conditions. And you all know how many podiums the Austrians win!

• Hold skis in oven at 90 degree C for 60 minutes to maximize deep base lubrication
• Scrape and brush skis
• Iron in mid-temperature hydrocarbon to increase hardness of base
• Hold skis in oven at 55 degree C in 2 places for total penetration of wax
