Online Ordering
We understand you may have concerns about using your credit card to make
purchases online. We pledge to keep this information secure. By utilizing Secure
Socket Layers (SSL) and a Verisign digital signature we are able to keep your
personal information safe.
All your ordering information -- including your name, address, and credit
card number -- is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Once we
receive your personal information it remains confidential and is not shared with
anyone.
Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it within 10 days of receipt (Holiday gifts by Jan. 5th) providing it's in NEW condition with tags and original packaging intact. All returns must be sent back Freight prepaid.
Shipping charges will be refunded only if it was our shipping error. Call us before returning itmes and please include a
copy of your invoice/packing slip in your return shipment for effective returns processing.
Warranties
If a product is defective before use, Race Place will normally replace that product and reimburse the customer for normal return shipping charges. Products defective after use are subject to warranties extended by a manufacturer and the disposition is the responsibility of that manufacturer. Race Place will attempt to intercede on behalf of our customers.
Pricing
Race Place will make every attempt to adhere to the published price through August 2008. However, some items may be affected by copy errors or price fluctuations beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify any prices.
Shipping
The Race Place will make every effort to ship all orders within 24
hours of receipt.
PLEASE NOTE: SHIPPING DAYS ARE MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY ONLY.
Express or "Rush" orders in by 11:00 AM Pacific Time will be shipped the same day.
NOTE: ORDERS THAT COME IN AFTER 11:00 AM ON FRIDAY OR OVER THE WEEKEND DO NOT SHIP UNTIL THE FOLLOWING MONDAY.
